Cash on Delivery

Approved returns are eligible for the following refund options:

  • Full Refund — Money returned via the original payment method
  • Store Credit — Credit added to your NF Shop 24 account for future purchases
  • Replacement — Same product sent again if defect was manufacturing-related

6. Refund Timeline

  • Cash on Delivery: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Refund sent to your mobile wallet within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refund credited within 7-10 business days

7. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer free exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will arrange a pickup and send the correct product at no additional cost.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
